room was very clean and had a great view of the slopes. water prices are crazy.

Stayed in double room with a great view on the slope which was perfect for me. The location was stunning and fantastic because it was not far from the town/bars, the mountain and main ski lifts😀

Really nice stay, as always. Overall clean place and VERY GOOD service. Efficient staff interactions. New-fashioned and fantastic units with an excellent view of the slopes. Wonderful and incredible location near the slope at FIMBA lift, in the lovely area.

Perfect spa facilities provided a sense of relaxation.

My experience was quite disappointing overall. Staff showed a lack of professionalism and unfriendliness, surprising for a well-regarded hotel. Breakfast options were good, but the service during meal times was lacking was nice. There was a significant communication failure regarding the amenities and their availability, especially around the enjoyment of the pool area.

A hot whirlpool in the sauna area would make the already very nice wellness area perfect!

The staff were great, the food was excellent and the spa was lovely. The location is great if you don't want to be in the madness of the main street. Lifts on either side of the hotel was perfect.

I stayed in a Classic Double Room for two nights. The bed was super comfy, and the room was spacious enough to feel cozy without being cramped. Loved how clean everything was. The decor felt modern yet warm. The view from my room was a nice bonus, looking out over the mountains. I had a good experience with the room, though it could've used a bit more natural light at times.

The dishes were absolutely delitious.

We booked it as a non-smoking hotel! because me and my wife do not smoke, and We were with a small child. The smell in the room was so strong that We wake up with a headake first morning! It was 100% smoking room or people who lived there before us smoke a lot inside the room. Hotel stuff should watch this.

Very friendly personnel, extremely good food (Breakfast and Dinner). Best ever in a ski-hotel! And also: a very beautiful (new!) spa. For skiing: The perfect Location in Ischgl

The location is superb, with the main gondola just a short walk away! The dinner was really good, offering diverse and delicious options that exceeded my expectations. The mountain view from my room added a lovely touch to my stay.

The breakfast start time of 7:30 felt a bit late for my morning ski plans.

I stayed here for five nights with my dog and had a pleasant experience.

The hotel's location is brilliant, being close to Ischgl and the main gondolas to the ski area. the room was exceptionally comfortable and excellent with amenities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV.

We spent two nights enjoying great spa facilities, particularly the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. An excellent breakfast with fresh juice and berries, though the wine prices were noticeably high.

The location of this place is fantastic right on the ski slope, and the staff here is very friendly and welcoming to all guests.
