My experience was quite disappointing overall. Staff showed a lack of professionalism and unfriendliness, which was surprising for a well-regarded hotel. Breakfast options were good, but the service during meal times was lacking, making it hard to enjoy the food. there was a significant communication failure regarding the amenities and their availability, especially around the enjoyment of the pool area.

I stayed in a Classic Double Room for two nights. The bed was super comfy, and the room was spacious enough to feel cozy without being cramped. Loved how clean everything was. The decor felt modern yet warm. The view from my room was a nice bonus, looking out over the mountains. We spent two nights enjoying great spa facilities, particularly the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. An outstanding breakfast with fresh juice and berries, though the wine prices were noticeably high.

Had a great time here! The hotel is perfect for exploring the area, with tons of activities like the Adventure Park 'Vider Truja’. Hiking trails and a new lift with fantastic views. The breakfast and dinner were top-notch, and the overall vibe made our time away fun and relaxed with friends.

Only downside was the noise from slamming doors in the corridor, which interrupted our sleep on a couple of nights.

Just a great fit for a city trip in Ischgl with fantastic value for money. The staff helped park our car in the garage with ease for an early departure. If you need coffee in the morning, be prepared to wait until breakfast starts at 7:30.
